4. Application & Advantages
- Environmentally friendly and non-toxic. Because triethyl citrate(tec) does not contain benzene rings and is a non-toxic, anti-fungal and environmentally friendly plasticizer. Manufacturers is allowed to be used in food packaging and medical and sanitary products, as well as children’s soft toys and other human body products in Europe and the United States. Products closely related to health (DOP and DBP are prohibited from use in this industry).
- Good compatibility and strong solubility. This product is compatible with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), dibutyl phthalate (DBP), dioctyl phthalate (DOP), chlorinated paraffin, chlorinated rubber, Cellulose nitrate, ethyl cellulose, etc. are highly compatible, and the PVC products formed by plasticization will never suffer from incompatibility phenomena such as oil leakage and sweating.
- Strong plasticizing ability of triethyl citrate(tec): When producing PVC products under the same conditions in factory, the plasticizing efficiency of triethyl citrate is better than that of Dibutyl Phthalate and DOP.
- Excellent low temperature resistance. Because the freezing point of triethyl citrate is -55°C. The PVC products made from it are softer than DOP products under the low temperature conditions of the system.
- High transparency and good light resistance, so the finished PVC product has high transparency. In addition, it has good light resistance and anti-fungal properties.
5. Packaging / Storage / Transport
Packed in 200L drum, net weight 200kg / drum. Store in a dry, cool and ventilated place indoors, and avoid violent impact and rain during transportation. There is a danger of burning when exposed to high heat, open flame or contact with oxidants.
