High-boiling Point Solvent

What are High-boiling Point Solvent

High-boiling Point Solvent refer to solvents with high boiling points and unique volatile characteristics. The manufacturers and suppliers in China generally consider its boiling point range to be 190-300 ℃. It is not easily volatile at room temperature. The volatilization rate of this type of solvent increases significantly as the temperature increases. This evaporation characteristic is ideal for the paint drying process. In the initial stage of paint drying in the factory, factories require the solvent to evaporate slowly to facilitate construction operations and prevent the generation of bubbles. In the later stage of baking, manufacturers require the solvent to evaporate faster to obtain good leveling and surface coating film. Factories widely used the solvent in coatings, plastics, synthetic rubber and other industries. The suppliers in China offer the solvents including Dibasic ester (DBE), Dimethyl Glutarate and Diisobutyl DBE (DBE-IB).
