【Diisobutyl DBE】Also known as DBE-IB and Diisobutyl Ester (DBE-IB) or Diisobutyl DBE (DBE-IB), is a mixed diisobutyl ester. Consisting of diisobutyl succinate, diisobutyl glutarate and Diisobutyl Adipate. Diisobutyl DBE has the characteristics of low odor, low vapor pressure, biodegradability, excellent thermal and hydrolytic stability. As well as it has the ability to dissolve many resins. In addition, Diisobutyl dibasic ester can be miscible with most organic solvents. Manufacturers or suppliers in China use DBE-IB as a coalescing aid in waterborne coatings. Furthermore, factories can also use DBE-IB as a solvent in solvent coatings and printing inks, and as a cleaning solvent.
