Diisobutyl Adipate (DIBA) is the diisobutyl alcohol of adipic acid, colorless and transparent oily liquid. It is used in the paint and coatings industry as a low VOC (volatile organic compound) solvent and coalescing aid with similar properties to TEXANOL and TXIB.
