Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP) is the dibutyl ester of phthalic acid, synonyms di-n-butyl phthalate, a colorless, odorless oily liquid. Mainly used as the main plasticizer of cellulose resin and polyvinyl chloride. Especially DBP suitable for cellulose nitrate coatings, with excellent solubility, dispersion and adhesion.
