Es wird allgemein angenommen, dass Cyans\u00e4ure und Isocyans\u00e4ure Tautomere sind und Isocyans\u00e4ure haupts\u00e4chlich im Gleichgewicht gebildet wird. Die Struktur von Isocyanat ist R-N\u2550C\u2550O. Man hat noch keine Ester gefunden, die der Cyans\u00e4ure entsprechen. Die Benennung von Isocyanaten \u00e4hnelt der von Carboxylaten, und man spricht von Isocyanat oder Isocyanat-H\u00e4rtungsmittel. Zum Beispiel: Butylisocyanat, Phenylisocyanat, 2,4-Diisocyanat.     <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-synthesis-of-isocyanate-curing-agent\">Synthese von Isocyanat-H\u00e4rtungsmittel<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"\">Unter den Isocyanat-H\u00e4rtungsmitteln sind die aromatischen Isocyanate am wichtigsten. Phosgen reagiert mit prim\u00e4ren Aminen und erzeugt zun\u00e4chst Carbamoylchlorid, das sich unter Hitzeeinwirkung in Isocyanat zersetzt. Zum Beispiel: 2RNH2+COCL2\u2192RNHCOCL+RNH2.HCL, RNHCOCL\u2192R-N\u2550C\u2550O+HCL Isocyanat ist eine unangenehme, zu Tr\u00e4nen r\u00fchrende Fl\u00fcssigkeit. Im Isocyanatmolek\u00fcl befindet sich ein Kohlenstoffatom, das mit zwei Doppelbindungen verbunden ist, was der Struktur eines Ketons \u00e4hnelt. Es hat aktive chemische Eigenschaften und kann mit verschiedenen Verbindungen mit aktivem Wasserstoff reagieren, wie z.B. Wasser, Alkohol, Amin usw., und man kann es als H\u00e4rtungsmittel verwenden.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-performance\">Leistung<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"\">Das N-Phenylcarbamat und der N,N&#8217;-disubstituierte Harnstoff, die von Phenylisocyanat, einem Isocyanat-H\u00e4rtungsmittel, erzeugt werden, haben einen bestimmten Schmelzpunkt. Wir k\u00f6nnen damit Alkohole, Phenole sowie prim\u00e4re und sekund\u00e4re Amine identifizieren. Diisocyanate und Diole k\u00f6nnen Polyurethan-Polymerverbindungen (Polyurethanharze) erzeugen. Zum Beispiel werden Adipins\u00e4ure und Ethylenglykol zun\u00e4chst kondensiert, um Polyester zu erzeugen. Dieser Polyester mit niedrigem Molekulargewicht hat zwei Hydroxylgruppen an beiden Enden, so dass man ihn als Diol verwenden kann, um mit Toluol-2,4-Diisocyanat zu reagieren und Polyurethanharz zu erhalten. Dieses Polymer ist auch ein gutes Elastomer, also auch ein synthetischer Kautschuk. Das ist die Leistung von Isocyanat-H\u00e4rtungsmitteln.        <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"\">Um Schaumkunststoffe herzustellen, k\u00f6nnen Sie dem Diol w\u00e4hrend des Zubereitungsprozesses eine kleine Menge Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen. Eine kleine Menge Phenyl-Diisocyanat kann w\u00e4hrend des Polymerisationsprozesses auch mit Wasser reagieren. Bei diesem Prozess k\u00f6nnen Diamine und Kohlendioxid entstehen. Wenn man das Produkt polymerisiert und aush\u00e4rtet, bilden sich kleine Blasen aus Kohlendioxid.
