Es wird durch eine Reihe von Polykondensationsreaktionen zwischen einer Verbindung mit zwei phenolischen Hydroxylgruppen (wie Bisphenol A oder andere Polyphenole oder Polyole) und Epichlorhydrin hergestellt. Oft werden den Epoxidharzen die Namen der verschiedenen Monomere vorangestellt. Bisphenol A-Epoxidharz wird aus Bisphenol A und Epichlorhydrin hergestellt. Dieser Prozess wird als Synthese von Bisphenol A-Epoxidharz bezeichnet.      <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-synthesis-of-bisphenol-a-epoxy-resin\">Synthese von Bisphenol A Epoxidharz<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"\">Synthese von Bisphenol A<br \/>Bisphenol A ist ein wichtiger Rohstoff f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Epoxidharz.<br \/>Phenol und Aceton kondensieren zu 2,2-(4,4&#8242;-Dihydroxydiphenyl)propan, das als Bisphenol A oder Diphenolpropan bezeichnet wird.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"\">Synthese von Epichlorhydrin und Epoxidharz<br \/>Zun\u00e4chst reagiert 3-Chlorpropylen mit hypochloriger S\u00e4ure HOCL, um 1,3-Dichlorpropanol zu erzeugen. Zweitens reagiert es mit Natriumhydroxid, um Epichlorhydrin durch eine intramolekulare nukleophile Substitutionsreaktion zu erzeugen. Der Polymerisationsgrad wird durch Anpassung des molaren Verh\u00e4ltnisses von Bisphenol A zu Epichlorhydrin gesteuert, um den Anforderungen der verschiedenen Anwendungen gerecht zu werden.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-properties-of-bisphenol-a-epoxy-resin\">Eigenschaften von Bisphenol A Epoxidharz<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"\">Lineare Epoxidharze k\u00f6nnen durch Zugabe eines H\u00e4rtungsmittels eine dreidimensionale Netzwerkstruktur erzeugen. H\u00e4ufig verwendete H\u00e4rtungsmittel sind Amine oder Carbons\u00e4ureanhydride, wie Triethylentriamin, Maleins\u00e4ureanhydrid und Phthals\u00e4ureanhydrid. Die Funktion des H\u00e4rters besteht darin, die beiden aktiven Epoxidgruppen an den Enden der Epoxidharzkette zu \u00f6ffnen, so dass sich die linearen Molek\u00fcle untereinander vernetzen und eine dreidimensionale Struktur bilden k\u00f6nnen. Da in der Epoxidharzstruktur Hydroxylgruppen, Etherbindungen und Epoxidgruppen vorhanden sind, verf\u00fcgt sie \u00fcber eine sehr hohe Bindungskraft. Aufgrund der chemischen Aktivit\u00e4t der Epoxidgruppen kann man eine Vielzahl von Verbindungen verwenden, die aktiven Wasserstoff enthalten, um den Ring zu \u00f6ffnen, auszuh\u00e4rten und sich zu einer Netzwerkstruktur zu vernetzen, so dass es sich um ein duroplastisches Harz handelt.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-advantages-and-uses\">Vorteile und Einsatzm\u00f6glichkeiten  <\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"\">Bisphenol A-Epoxidharz hat extrem starke Klebeeigenschaften. Es kann verschiedene Materialien wie Metalle, Keramik, Glas, Holz usw. fest miteinander verbinden und ist allgemein als &#8220;Universalkleber&#8221; bekannt. <br \/>Beim Aush\u00e4rten des Epoxidharzes entstehen keine Blasen. Die Schrumpfung ist nach dem Aush\u00e4rten gering und die mechanische Festigkeit hoch. Es hat gute elektrische Isolationseigenschaften und ist s\u00e4ure-, laugen- und salzbest\u00e4ndig. Laminierte Produkte, die mit Glasfasern als F\u00fcllstoff hergestellt werden, sind st\u00e4rker als die entsprechenden laminierten Materialien aus Phenol. Sie sind auch st\u00e4rker als solche aus unges\u00e4ttigten Polyesterharzen.
